Our new fine dust filter for stoves sets new standards in emission reduction. With a fine dust separation of up to 42 % and a CO reduction of up to 67 %, it not only ensures a significant improvement in air quality, but also meets the strict requirements of the 1st and 2nd stage of the Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV). After installation, even older fireplaces can be operated again without any problems.

Flexible installation for maximum compatibility

The filter is compatible with DN150 flue gas pipes and is ideal for fireplaces up to 15 kW. Thanks to its flexible installation options - vertical, horizontal or angled - it can be integrated into almost any installation. This facilitates both the retrofitting of existing systems and the use in new stoves.

Innovative functionality for maximum emission reduction

The unique selling point of our system is the combination of a separate fine dust filter and the Bluefire catalytic converter for CO separation. The fine dust filter ensures effective binding of particles, while the Bluefire catalytic converter specifically reduces carbon monoxide. This innovative dual solution maximizes efficiency and offers a comprehensive reduction in emissions.

If the filter becomes clogged, an integrated bypass is automatically activated to allow the exhaust gas flow to continue unhindered. Another advantage: the filter can simply be placed in the embers and burned free. After this process, it is reinserted and can be used again immediately.

Reliable performance and easy installation

The performance of the filter has been extensively tested and documented by the RRF in accordance with DIN SPEC 33999:2014. With a minimal pressure loss of just 1 Pa, the efficiency of the heating system is maintained. Installation is extremely simple thanks to the well thought-out design and can be carried out with little effort.
