vitriLiner - The new UV house connection liner

The new UV house connection liner is a circular knitted, seamless glass fibre liner, which is factory impregnated with a light-curing, styrene-free vinyl ether resin. As in the large profile sector, the customer receives a prefabricated, ready-to-install product with a shelf life of up to three months delivered to the construction site. The elimination of impregnation on site not only minimises the risk of errors, but also simplifies and speeds up the processes on the construction site. Furthermore, the handling of resins on the construction site eliminates the corresponding effort for occupational safety and for the disposal of residual quantities.

Since the vitriLiner uses glass fibres as a carrier material, the liner has a particularly high impermeability and resistance. It is also designed for radical flexibility with low longitudinal expansion and can compensate for dimensional jumps of 50 millimetres without losing the required minimum wall thickness of three millimetres. In addition, the liner is characterised by very good bendability with low wrinkling as well as the safe achievement of the physical characteristic values under construction site conditions.
